This Safeguarding Learners Policy outlines our commitment to safeguarding the well-being and welfare of learners and provides guidance on preventing and responding to concerns related to safeguarding.

Definition of Safeguarding: Safeguarding is the process of protecting learners from harm, ensuring their well-being, and taking action to enable all learners to have the best possible outcomes.

Principles:

Roles and Responsibilities:

    • All staff, including instructors and support personnel, will receive training on safeguarding procedures and their role in creating a safe learning environment.

Confidentiality:

Record Keeping:
