iHypnosis™ College is committed to providing a fair and transparent process for individuals to appeal decisions related to training outcomes. This policy outlines the grounds for appeal, the appeals process, and the expectations for both the appellant and iHypnosis™ College.
Grounds for Appeal:
Assessment Decisions:
Individuals may appeal assessment decisions if they believe there was an error in the assessment process or if they have new evidence that was not considered.
Administrative Decisions:
Appeals related to administrative decisions, such as enrollment, certification, or program completion status, will be considered if there is evidence of procedural irregularities or unfair treatment.
Misconduct Allegations:
Individuals accused of misconduct have the right to appeal the decision if they believe there were procedural errors or if they have new evidence to present.
Appeals Process:
Submission of Appeal:
Appeals must be submitted in writing within [number of days, e.g., 14 days] of receiving the decision.
Appeals should be addressed to the [Appeals Committee/Designated Officer] and include a clear statement of the grounds for appeal, along with any supporting documentation.
Appeals Committee:
iHypnosis™ College will establish an Appeals Committee comprised of impartial and knowledgeable individuals.

Appeals Decision:
The Appeals Committee will communicate its decision in writing to the appellant.
The decision of the Appeals Committee is final and binding.
Confidentiality:
All information related to the appeal will be treated confidentially, and access will be restricted to individuals directly involved in the appeals process.
Support during the Appeals Process:
Appellants have the right to be accompanied by a support person during any meetings related to the appeal.
Timeline:
iHypnosis™ College is committed to resolving appeals in a timely manner. The entire appeals process will be completed within 30 days, from submission to decision.
